S2G Protocols™
and THOHL (Temperature, Humidity, Oxygen, Hygiene and Light) General These have been formulated after years of scientific research and development, combined with a unique bio-feed back monitoring system which measure and modulate all inputs to the CUBE growing chamber. Results are enhanced with integration of the on-line data recording and retrieval system, whereby each licenced S2G user is supplied with computer access to their own farm S2G profile in order to ensure all inputs to the S2G system are of the highest quality and all energy expended is efficient and at least carbon neutral. Temperature Control The S2G Control Panel enables the operator to control the fodder chamber at a constant 22 Celsius with a 65% relative humidity factor, irrespective of outside temperature vicissitudes and variations. Humidity Hydration (water) be it air borne or directly applied, needs to be carefully measured, controlled and maintained. In applying principles of quantum physics to activating the water sprayed on the seeds to be germinated, units provide an external source of negative electrons with an electrode array which causes eS2Glectolysis of the oxygen and nitrogen impregnated water molecules. The charging effect causes dissolved impurities to precipitate and enables nitrogen to bind with the oxygen atoms prior to spray over the seed mass. This acts much in the same way as lightening does in charging water molecules in thunderstorms which serves to compound the effects of the oxygen in releasing the energy contained within the dormant seed. A unique arrangement of copper and stainless steel plates combined with proprietary electronics of the S2G circuitry creates specific frequencies and harmonics which are transmitted into the water to be sprayed over the seeds following pre-treatment prior to germination. This results in astounding growth rates of newly germinated seeds and optimum energy conversion rates which sequestrate the surrounding carbon dioxide in the process and leads to a healthy organic and GM free sprout ready for ingestion by animal or human. Oxygen in Fodder Production Seeds and crops grown in conditions of high density and humidity are readily susceptible to disease. The most troublesome of which are moulds. Moulds make the crop less edible and can be lethal to precious animals. Through years of testing we have found that controlled levels of oxygen and nitrogen impregnated into the water molecule can reduce or eliminate the growth of mould. As a bonus, when the ozonated water seeps through the root bundle, the ozone breaks down to oxygen and promotes vigorous growth in the plant. Our tests have shown an increase in yield of greater that 25% using ozonated water at a controlled level. At The Seed 2 Grass Fast ™ we have developed automatic release system, calibrated to suit each CUBE size. Our packages include ozone generator, timer, ORP controller, injector, tank, contact chamber and pump, plus accessories. All items are pre-tested, packaged and ready for simple installation on your site. Hygiene Meticulous hygiene is critical to the success of growing clean fresh high energy and high protein fodder. When fabricating our portable CUBE we use the best quality internal products, including antibacterial hospital grade growing trays and all internal steel work are alloy with a powder coated hard finish to the highest IS2000 standards. All nuts bolts and rivets are stainless steel. The Seed 2 Grass Fast ™ Protocols provide a framework to ensure only the highest standards of hygiene are maintained. Seed 2 Grass Fast ™ also supplies an easy to read hygiene and growing manual, showing and explaining the correct protocols to employ when using our systems. We also offer around the clock online assistance with hygiene protocols to assist all licenced users. S2G also provide educational programs in all aspects of the unique S2G systems and consumables. Light Spectrum Each CUBE has a series of carefully selected and calibrated light bulbs and monitors which have been designed to only emit those bands of light (measured in nanometers) within the visible and invisible spectrum that promote maximum rates of photosynthesis to optimize growth rates of the Sproutz™, whilst having a dual purpose in generating oxygen and accelerating nitrogen absorption rates. Through years of research, we have selected an ultra violet light range which promotes ozone release to destroy mould and bacteria and act as a natural retardant, without the need for any external and noxious chemicals such as chlorine, at a crucial moment in this sensitive growing process. |
